This contemporary collection was created in a desperate attempt to make 300k that I required to startup my art studio, clean up my credit and rebuild my life after everything I’d built melted to a pretty puddle beneath my feet as businesses sometimes do. 

 Location: In the outskirts of Dallas Texas, on a rustic wild hunting ranch I passionately broke glass bottles and ceramics against a rock all day in an attempt to deal with the wreckage and reconfigure myself without falling apart. 

This beautiful collection was Created with the mediums I found at my feet, soil hydrated with the tears from my sobs, broken glasses everywhere. I picked up a canvas and passionately smeared it with mud and leaves with all my rage, disappointment and desperation. As well as my love, light and gratitude for what I did have. And my first formal collection was created. It was a huge success.
